Success Story: Termination of Proceeding Granted by Immigration Court to Our Client

On June 3, 2019, a Judge of the US Immigration Court granted termination of exclusion proceeding to one of our clients represented by Attorney Stewart Lin.  With the approval, our client finally closed the twenty-plus year old case in immigration court against him.  In the mean, he has been granted green card.

Our client in this case was in the immigration court system as early as in 1995.  His relief application was once denied by immigration court.  Attorney Stewart Lin, however, upon retained by the client was able to have the case remained from the BIA upon filing a convincing brief.  Eventually, with our help the client was able to secure adjustment of status based on Sec. 245(i).  Our client was in tears upon knowing that the immigration court procedure against him was finally terminated.
