On Aug. 8, 2022 the USCIS approved another L-1A application we filed for our client. The application was received by the USCIS on June 30, 2022 under premium processing application. The USCIS then issued a RFE challenging the executive position our client intended to fill in the US. We soon worked with our client and submitted the response and the approval was granted in 8 days of USCIS receiving of our response.
