On July 12, 2023, an US Immigration Court judge granted asylum to a Lin & Valdez client. This approval represents the continuation of our success in the immigration court.
The noteworthy point of this case is that the client is a victim of family control policy and the case is 12 years old. While the client’s country has relaxed the family control policy, we argued to the court that client continues to suffer from the past persecution. After the hearing, even the government counsel agrees to our argument and the court accordingly approves the asylum application.
