Success Story: BIA Granted Another Appeal to Our Case

One day after the BIA sustained an appeal we filed for our client, on June 6, 2014, the Board approved another appeal we filed for another client, and remanded the case back to immigration court for further processing.  In the case, we pointed out the deficiency in the ruling of the immigration judge in detail.  Upon reviewing our brief, the BIA sided with our position and granted remand of the case.  It also point out specifically that on remand, the parties shall be given an opportunity to present updated evidence about the claim, and the respondent also shall have an opportunity to apply for any other relief for which he currently may be eligible.
