Success Story: BIA Ordered to Reopen a Lin & Valdez Client Case

On March 21, 2014, the Board of Immigration Appeal ordered to reopen a case of a Lin & Valdez client.  In the case, we firstly compiled a comprehensive analysis of our clients situation and sent the package to the ICE Counsel.  We are able to convince the ICE counsel and persuade them to join us to file an agreed Motion to the BIA to reopen the case.  With the reopening, our client will now have a chance to pursue permanent residency in the immigration court.
