Success Story: USCIS Approved EB-1(c) and Green Card Applications to Our Client in 100 Days

On March 28, 2014, the USCIS approved an EB-1(c) application we filed for our client.  The case was filed on Dec. 17, 2013, and it takes the USCIS only 100 days to approve the case.

This is a very unique case as our client is in the US with a visiting visa and the applications are filed directly to adjust his status to permanent residence, skipping the L-1 visa application.  The application was approved outright without receiving Request for Additional Evidence or encountering any challenge or questioning from the USCIS.
