Success Story: Challenged L-1A Extension Approved

On Dec. 19, 2014, the USCIS approved an L-1A extension application we filed for our client.

The strength of this case of our client is rather weak as our client’s revenue is relatively low.  As a result, the USCIS issued a lengthy RFE asking us to clarify and supplement many issues.  With our help, however, our client was able to appropriately respond to the USCIS demand, and the approval was eventually issued.  The approval to this case continues our peerless success rate in L-1 applications.
