On Dec. 15, 2014, another immigration judge issued a lengthy ruling and granted political asylum to a Lin & Valdez client represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. The judge issued the written decision after hearing the case.
This case/petition is based on religious ground. The court, in granting the asylum, made a 10-page analysis of the argument of our case and that of the government�s, and eventually sided with our position. Our client, needless to say, is ecstatic about the great outcome.
