On May 11, 2023 the Department of Labor certified another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
This labor certification application was filed for the position of associate veterinarian. This case was filed on Dec. 27, 2021, and though audited, approved by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases. As such, compliance with the DOL regulations in the preparation of the cases is a must.
