On May 2, 2022, an US Immigration Court judge granted asylum to a Lin & Valdez client. This approval represents the continuation of our success in the immigration court.
Our client in this case was persecuted in her because of birth control problem. The injury and damage to the client left a continuous effect on her and she had to flee to the US to seek protection. One year from the approval date our client will be able to apply for permanent residency.
